Business Idea No. 1: Coconut Water Business

Do you like coconut water? In the Caribbean islands, coconut water is a refreshing , healthy drink that can be purchased from vendors. These vendors usually sell from trucks, parked near public recreational spots. Apart from this, coconut water can be purchased in a store in a bottle. Some vendors have franchises and sell at different locations, they even operate on a shift system. The coconuts are purchased wholesale or are picked from coconut fields owned by the vendors.

I heard a rumor that some person raid fields that do not belong to them and then sell the coconuts wholesale. There is a jelly inside of the coconuts, that many people enjoy. Coconut water has great health benefits and so , many persons consume it for this reason.

This is a great idea if you have a connection to purchase the coconuts.

Time Payments , we are all working for time payments

Mr Scrooge, then called Benjamin Slade in his youth ,suggested the idea to Mr Brewster that people take furniture on credit, paying 10% down and paying a little each month with interest. He will do this for 18 months and by the time he is finished , he will pay 150% of the purchase price.

What if the purchaser cannot pay,was the next question. Mr Scrooge responded , then you repossess it and sell it back , you stand to make 200% of the purchase price.

Does this sound familiar??

I personally will not take furniture on credit , mainly because it is an item that is in depreciating value . But I see so many people doing it and I sigh. Then I am reminded that there persons who see this as the only option. Be wise.

What do you see when you look in the mirror

Mr Brewster held a piece of wood in his hand and asked the Young Slade what did he see ? Young Mr. Scrooge said that he saw a stick . Mr Brewster told him that if that was all saw he was dumber than he looked . Mr Brewster said it can be anything that you want to be , a “magician’s stick” or a “whip to tame wild animals “.

When you look in the mirror what do you see ? Are you burdened by your current difficulties or are you hopeful that you will improve . Do you see yourself as the person that you can be in 10 years ? You can be anything that you decide . Put in the hours , put in the work . Sacrifice then your victory will come . Your own imagination will make it happen , JUST BELIEVE.
